Abstract

On a former barn site at Havelaarstraat 21 in Colijnsplaat we are delivering four life-cycle-proof new homes (nos. 21a–21d). The homes are fully gas-free and achieve energy label A+++ — sustainable and energy-efficient. van der Post & Dek is developing the project together with Fraanje (also acting as contractor) and Rianthuis, in collaboration with the municipality of Noord-Beveland. Sales are handled by Boot Makelaardij from Kortgene. All four homes were sold before completion.

    Completed and delivered

    The four homes at Havelaarstraat 21a–21d in Colijnsplaat are fully finished and handed over to the buyers. The project is now complete.

    Exterior nearly complete, interior finishing started→

    Facades, roof and window frames are in place; the exterior of the four homes is nearly complete. Interior finishing will continue in the coming period, with delivery expected in 2026.
