van der Post & Dek is a young real estate developer based in Goes, active across the south-west of the Netherlands with Zeeland as our home base. We develop in dialogue with partners, municipalities and landowners — calm, thorough, and unexpectedly fast.

Principle I
Real estate is never built alone.
A project lives or dies by the people around it. Capital and land can be found; the real difference is made by the right partners — people with insight, trust and endurance, who together pursue the best outcome. We believe the best developments emerge when developers, municipalities, owners and residents sit at the same table — early, honestly, and with a shared interest.
In practice this means: short lines, clear agreements, and a division of roles that matches what each party truly does best.
Principle II
Calm, thorough, unexpectedly fast.
Real estate development demands patience, but patience is no excuse for slowness. We combine classical development craftsmanship with modern AI workflows: site analyses in days instead of weeks, careful due diligence with an eye for the relevant risks, and financial models that move with reality.
The result is a way of working that feels calm to our partners, but under the hood covers more ground per week than is customary.

Two brothers-in-law with a passion for real estate development.
Perry van der Post and Adrian Dek — brothers-in-law and co-founders. We combine complementary backgrounds in real estate, finance, technology and project management with the directness that comes with family: short lines, clear agreements, no detours. We look for projects that add value — for the place, the people and our partners.
