van der Post & Dek's first international project: a warehouse at Szkolna 33/5 in Robakowo (near Poznan, Poland) for commercial leasing.
Abstract
At Szkolna 33/5 in Robakowo, near Poznan, van der Post & Dek is developing a warehouse of approximately 2,000 m² on a plot of about 5,000 m² for commercial leasing. The site sits in the same logistics park as major international players such as Panattoni and DHL. The land was acquired in 2025; the design by APX Architekci is complete and the tender phase is underway — contractor quotes are being evaluated in preparation for construction. The project is delivered through the Polish entity Dianekas Poland Sp. z o.o. Poland lies geographically at the heart of Europe, making it highly attractive logistically. Poznan is the first major city you encounter after the German border near Berlin, giving the location a strategic advantage. In addition, the commercial real estate market in Poland is a rising market.
