Preliminary agreement signed: 28 homes at former Yerseke church site

At Oude Boogaert 2 in Yerseke, the former church of the Gereformeerde Gemeente will be transformed into a new residential project with 28 homes.

The distinctive church will be demolished to make way for 21 apartments and 7 ground-bound homes. The design has been made by Bouwraadhuis Architecten and matches the scale and atmosphere of the village. van der Post & Dek and Fraanje are developing the project together. The preliminary agreement with the municipality of Reimerswaal has recently been signed — an important step towards the permit.

The sales launch is planned for late 2026. The homes will be sold through Makelaardij Sinke Komejan from Goes. Construction is scheduled to start in early 2027.
